The BRIC–National Centre for Cell Science (NCCS), a Department of Biotechnology (DBT) organization, is inviting applications under the Prime Minister’s Research Chair (PMRC) Scheme. The initiative aims to attract outstanding researchers to undertake high-impact research, teaching, and mentorship in strategic areas of national importance. The PMRC Scheme is a flagship initiative of the Government of India designed to strengthen the country’s research and innovation ecosystem by engaging globally experienced Indian-origin researchers with leading research institutions.

BRIC–NCCS is seeking exceptional researchers in the following focus areas:

  • Biotechnology & Biomanufacturing
  • Healthcare & Medical Technologies
  • AI-Based Biomolecular & Systems Biology Design

Eligibility
