The National Centre for Biological Sciences (NCBS), Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR) is inviting applications for the 2nd Workshop on Managing Large Collaborative Research Projects, a unique 5-day residential capacity-building workshop designed for professionals involved in managing large scientific research collaborations in India.
As research increasingly involves multiple institutions, disciplines, and stakeholders, effective program and project management has become essential. This workshop will provide participants with practical knowledge, tools, techniques, and strategies for managing complex collaborative research programmes through expert lectures, discussions, and hands-on exercises led by experienced project managers and senior researchers.
Workshop Dates: 12–16 October 2026
Workshop Fee: INR 3,500 (includes accommodation and meals for the workshop duration).
