Key Responsibilities and Technical Expertise
Candidates should have hands-on experience in the following areas:
- Molecular Biology and Cell Culture: Practical experience in molecular biology, mammalian cell culture, and/or microbial cell culture.
- Therapeutic Protein Production: Expression and purification of therapeutic proteins using E. coli or yeast expression systems.
- Molecular Cloning and Vector Design: Molecular cloning, primer design, expression vector design and generation, and related molecular biology techniques.
- CHO Cell Line Development: Generation of stable CHO-based monoclonal cell lines for mAb and therapeutic protein production.
- Cell Line Development and Characterization: Single-cell cloning, fed-batch shake-flask studies, cell bank preparation, and cell bank characterization.
- Cell Banking: Experience with RCB, MCB, WCB, and EPCB cell banks, following applicable ICH guidelines.
- Technology Transfer and Troubleshooting: Coordination with internal teams, CROs, and CDMOs; technology transfer; SOP compliance; experimental design; and troubleshooting.
- Scientific Documentation: Maintaining accurate experimental records in IDBS and electronic laboratory notebook (ELN) formats.
Eligibility
