The Educational Outreach (EO) Office at Indian Institute of Technology Bombay is inviting applications for the position of Assistant Program Manager. The Educational Outreach team focuses on delivering continuing education and executive learning programs for working professionals in India and globally. These programs are offered through online, hybrid, and in-person formats and are designed to combine academic excellence with practical industry relevance.
The Assistant Program Manager role is ideal for professionals interested in educational program management, stakeholder coordination, academic operations, and outreach initiatives. The selected candidate will work closely with faculty members, institutions, industry partners, and learners to ensure smooth execution of educational programs and workshops.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and executing certification programs, workshops, and outreach initiatives
- Managing schedules, logistics, communications, and program documentation
- Engaging with faculty, government agencies, corporate partners, and participants
- Tracking timelines, deliverables, reports, and key performance indicators
- Assisting with presentations, newsletters, outreach content, and branding coordination
- Supporting LMS platforms, registration portals, and technical coordination
- Conducting surveys, collecting feedback, and analyzing program impact

Eligibility
