National Workshop on Microbiome Data Analysis 2026 – Clinical and Translational Research in Human Health

About

The Sun Pharma Science Foundation, in collaboration with the BRIC–National Institute of Biomedical Genomics (NIBMG), is organizing a national hands-on workshop on Microbiome Data Analysis for Clinical & Translational Research in Human Health.

This intensive, seven-day workshop is designed to build practical skills in microbiome research, computational data analysis, and the interpretation of findings relevant to human health. The programme aims to help participants understand how microbiome data can contribute to disease research, patient stratification, therapeutic response studies, and translational biomedical applications.

The workshop is scheduled to take place at BRIC-NIBMG in Kalyani, West Bengal. Participation is limited to approximately 25–30 candidates, making this a limited-seat training opportunity for interested applicants.
