About ILBS
The Institute of Liver & Biliary Sciences (ILBS) is an autonomous super-specialty institute of excellence under the Government of NCT of Delhi. ILBS is a Deemed-to-be-University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956.
With a vision to be a global leader in patient care, teaching, and research in liver and biliary diseases and allied disciplines, ILBS runs National Medical Commission (NMC) recognized super-specialty and post-doctoral programs in Hepatobiliary sciences.

Eligibility Criteria
1. NET Qualified Candidates with JRF Fellowship (Category-1 as per NET)
Applicants must have qualified in a national-level examination such as:

CSIR-UGC NET JRF
-
DBT-JRF
-
ICMR-JRF
Such candidates will be called directly for the interview.
2. Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess:
-
Master’s Degree in Biological Sciences (Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Zoology, Microbiology), OR
-
Professional Degree (MBBS), OR
-
Master’s Degree in Medical or Dental Sciences, M.Tech, M.Pharma, M.V.Sc.
-
Degree declared equivalent to Master’s by the corresponding statutory body
🔹 Minimum 60% aggregate marks or equivalent grade as per UGC rules.
