Job title: Communications Coordinator
Location: BRIC-NIBMG, Kalyani
Nature of Appointment and Work: Contractual, Full-time
Responsibilities
i) Develop and implement communication and public engagement strategies that align with the institution’s goals and objectives and promote the institution’s work and impact.
ii) Conduct regular analysis and reporting on the effectiveness of communication and public engagement strategies and adjust them as needed.
iii) Assist with other administrative tasks as and when required.
Qualifications
Essential
i) Post Graduate Degree in Natural Sciences/Communications or bachelor’s degree in Engineering or technology or medicine from a recognized University or equivalent.
Desirable
i) Experience in communications or public engagement, preferably in a scientific or academic setting.
ii) Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex scientific concepts to a broad range of audiences using photo, video, text, and other multimedia.
iii) Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
iv) Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Salary
Consolidated monthly remuneration of ₹35,000 (no experience), ₹37,500 (Experience – 1 year), ₹40,000 (Experience – 2 year)
